#Hemato2025 👉🏻 @beneitez_david, de @Hemato_Vhebron, realiza una fabulosa revisión sobre el manejo de la sobrecarga férrica en pacientes con hemoglobinopatías congénitas. 🩸 Explica los métodos indirectos de estimación del exceso de hierro, y la nueva técnica gold standar. 📸👇🏻 ‼️A tener en cuenta: cuando excedemos el 80% de saturación, el hierro libre circulando puede desencadenar muerte celular, fibrosis. ⚠️ Maxima atención a la afectación cardíaca para actuar rápido. 💉Importante iniciar tratamiento antes para prevenir el daño orgánico.
