Why is that so hard to understand? He could have been in jail for 5 years. Instead he had to agree not to smoke or drink. Come on.

@house068 @hook10_kyle @RapSheet It’s the fact they still keep testing for pot within the drug and alcohol testing. Like, test for crack and heroin and all sorts of others. But pot, really? We are still on that despite it being legal in over half the country?

He pleaded guilty to felonies and as part of his agreement to be free, he had to submit to drug AND alcohol testing. Him not being able to use pot and alcohol is a punishment for his crimes
