@Leah89538707 @SWFTrecruit I worked on this with Becky and the commissioner. This is so much about being an advanced specialist in dementia as you have to challenge and develop a sense of trust amongst fellow dementia practitioners, and O think tha will be reflected in the shortlisting.

@Leah89538707 @SWFTrecruit This is a discussion to be had with Becky Moore but you are right. It does say Masters level or working towards on specific subject. I probably wouldn’t embark on this role if you didn’t have the academic skill behind you.
