@CityLensHQ Anything below 100m is good with me. But Viana is a tough negotiator.

@Nutmeg_MCFC Me too, but somehow, due to Morgan’s rise, he’s now one of the best midfielders/wingers in e league. He won’t come cheap. £85-90M would be my guess.

I would not be opposed to Morgan Rogers returning to Manchester City, at all. • 23 years old. • 6’2. • Premier League proven. • 30 G/A in 25/26. Dynamic carrier. Powerful runner. Technical security. Final third output. The modern attacking midfielder is no longer just a creator, they’re a duel winner, presser and transition threat. Rogers is that profile. Worth £100M?

Manchester City are firmly in the race to sign Morgan Rogers and could bring the England international back to the Etihad Stadium this summer, @TEAMtalk understands. City supremo Hugo Viana is a huge fan of the Aston Villa star. teamtalk.com/manchester-cit…

🚨 BREAKING: Manchester City have entered the race to re-sign Morgan Rogers from Aston Villa 🔵󐁢󐁥󐁮󐁧󐁿 Arsenal and Chelsea are also reportedly interested, but City are now pushing to bring their former academy talent back to the Etihad 👀💰 Would Morgan Rogers be worth the reported £100M+ fee, or should City look elsewhere? Do we need him? 🤔 [@TEAMtalk]

@Oyemisty I guess rage baiting Indian people is now a national hobby in the west. Don't give her the free engagement she's trying to create guys. This brainrot filled shit stain of a journalist is not even worth engaging. She's the face of pressure tactics employed by India's enemies.

Go tell your Prime Minister Mr. Modi to build just one city like Norway, where people get these facilities: - Corruption-free - Pollution-free - Food free from adulteration - Best quality roads and flyovers - Best quality education with no paper leaks - Proper treatment in hospitals without medical mafia loot - At least basic facilities for common people It’s okay if he does not hold press conferences, because if he does, the public will definitely ask all these questions. That is why Mr. Modi runs away and does not want to answer. Hello Lyng, Since Mr. Modi became the Prime Minister of India, you people tell me - which city in India is pollution-free and corruption-free, where adulterated food is not sold? Has Mr. Modi created any such city after coming to power? I am not talking about cities or villages that were already better before, like many people mentioned South India and Jammu & Kashmir - those places are naturally better and pollution-free. Now talk about Delhi, the capital of India. India has a population of 1.3 billion, a 4 trillion-dollar economy, and was once considered one of the world’s most developed civilizations. In the capital city Delhi: - Are people getting clean air? - Are people getting food without adulteration? - Are the roads good? - Has corruption ended? - Are people getting proper treatment in hospitals? If all these things are not happening, then what has Prime Minister Modi been doing for the last 12 years? He has not even made his own capital an example for the world. Delhi’s pollution is famous around the world. Many people say that population does not allow India to progress. In fact, if there is a right leadership, then by using population as a weapon, it can become the number one country in the world, which will be the safest country in the world. Where corruption, pollution, medical mafia, top exam Exam paper leak can never happen.

Is Pedro Porro to Manchester City really that good of a transfer? Defensively, he is poor. His one-on-one defending is abysmal at times, and his ability to recover the ball is nowhere near the level City demand from their full-backs. I would not say he is an upgrade on Matheus Nunes at all. And if the idea of this signing is to bring him in as competition for Nunes... I would rather just give Rico Lewis those opportunities instead.
City Xtra@City_Xtra

#ManCity have started contacts over signing Tottenham’s Pedro Porro, and possibly before the World Cup. The player and his club are both aware of @ManCity’s efforts, while Spurs do not want to lose the right-back and have set a £50M starting price. [via @JorgeGarciaH_]

🚨 Manchester City are planning a major summer rebuild with 4-5 new signings expected at the Etihad. 👀💣 City are prioritising a new midfielder and right-back, with Nottingham Forest’s Elliot Anderson the man to kick-start the post-Pep Guardiola era. Tino Livramento is also admired internally. 🩵 The club are already preparing for a new era under Enzo Maresca. 🇪🇸 (Source: @MailSport)

I think Enzo Fernandez would be one of the smartest signings Manchester City could make this summer. While Elliot Anderson looks like the priority right now, I don’t think City should stop there. I know some fans still look at Fernandez through the lens of Chelsea’s transfer fee, but if you actually watch him week in, week out, the quality is obvious. He’s one of the few midfielders in the Premier League who can genuinely control a match while also affecting games in the final third. That combination is rare. Enzo doesn’t just play football safely. He always wants to progress the ball. He’ll take risks, play forward early, switch play quickly, and speed attacks up instead of endlessly recycling possession. That is exactly what City have sometimes lacked. Beyond the technical side, he has personality. He’s aggressive, competitive, and plays with emotion. He’ll fight for second balls, snap into tackles, wind opponents up, and drag intensity into games. People talk about him as if he’s only a controller, but his attacking numbers are underrated. He arrives late into the box well, creates chances consistently, and contributes goals. Stylistically, he feels like a City midfielder. Technically secure under pressure, intelligent between the lines, progressive in possession, and capable of playing as either an 8 or deeper if needed. Then there’s the fact he’s already proven in the Premier League AND has worked under Enzo Maresca before, which matters a lot. Manchester City cannot afford another rebuild season where players need 12 months just to adapt physically to the league. On top of that, the relationship between player and manager is already there, which could be massive if Maresca is the man leading City into a new era. This transfer just makes sense. Sign him.
