@Nutrisystem I made a deliberate decision to cancel. Customer service does not receive phone calls. Maybe that wouldn’t be a problem if fulfillment team could count? And a proper remedy for failing to include items is to either send a replacement or offer a FULL refund for the item.

@Nutrisystem I received an order of frozen food that was defrosted because they did not deliver it to my door but put it in a locker in the heat. I cannot find a way to fix this. I just picked the package up (did not know it was from Nutrisystem) and there is no human available.

@Nutrisystem I want my account deleted. But you can’t. You make it so that an account will automatically renew monthly subscription. I have removed my payment details from my account and no auto renew. If i see you charge me after my information was removed i will look into legal

@Nutrisystem expectation (box image) vs reality (on the plate) of your mac and "cheese." Instructions were followed. Please do better to make it actually look like REAL mac and cheese. This is not appealing.

@Nutrisystem I've been VERY disappointed with the service. The guy I spoke to was so unbelievably rude. I will never work with nutrisystem again. I should be treated with a little respect.

@Nutrisystem Please stop pretending that your Thick Crust Pizza is good and that people actually like it. It’s not. And they don’t. I hate that you sent so many to me when you “automatically” chose my selections. I think you are just trying to get rid of it.
