Don't let yourself get suckered in by FOMO because you see all these people on social media posting trades or trade ideas all day long. They are not profitable traders. They are content creators. As a general rule of thumb, taking 0 - 2 trades per week should be your expectation. In trading, doing nothing is often the best possible move.

Quick reminder that almost nobody on social media knows how to trade. Be skeptical. You've got Romeo and ICT's core content, that's all you need. Stray away from that path and you'll most likely fail.

@theworldhater It's counterintuitive. Humans naturally feel the urge to always be doing something, but that doesn't work in trading.
