@D3Direct Times are a great start for evaluation. However, progression is an even better tool to evaluate the recruits. Are they swimming a lot of events to show versatility? Are they attending Local and national meets?

@NwuSwimming Great feedback and actionable steps for recruits! In terms of events, are there any recruits can attend where they can be seen by college coaches this Summer? Or is it more about submitting times, sharing training details, and film from meets?

@D3Direct Swim camps are a great we to interact with coaches and to get familiar with the facilities. Grab a few teammates and pick a camp!

@D3Direct 1) embrace long course by maximizing your distance per stroke. Get your cycle counts going! See how efficient you can become without relying on your turns. 2) Set your goals using a measurable method. For example, want to break 1:00 in the 100 free LCM?
