🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Rebecca ❓What is your title and # of years with the company?​ Sr. Director Clinical Services for the US and have been with the company since 11/2004 and have been a nurse since 1989.​ ❓What do you enjoy/value most about your role?​ I value seeing patients go home to live happy, healthy, and fulfilling lives. I also love to see our Clinical Team grow their careers with FME Home products.​ ❓What is something you are proud of with your work? ​ In the past 2 years we have rolled out "Optimization Workshops" which cover PD, HHD, Retention, and Camp Cannulation. We have received amazing feedback from nurses, which then led to more patients going home. I am also so proud of my team of Clinical Directors and Clinical Consultants. They deliver training and consultation that help improve the lives of doctors, nurses, techs, and patients!​ 💙 Fun fact about yourself: ​ I love to cook and have had cooking lessons at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris, as well as the American Culinary Institute in Hyde Park, and Napa.

💙 In Loving Memory of Erich Ditschman 💙 Today, we honor the incredible life and legacy of Erich, a true champion of hope and compassion. Erich dedicated his life to helping others navigate some of the most challenging moments they’d ever face. His tireless commitment to getting patients home on dialysis was unmatched. Erich brought clarity, focus, and unyielding energy to every conversation to help patients get better access to care, resources, and support. Erich was bigger than life. At an in-person Patient Advocate meeting, Erich led an impromptu cheer: "When I say NxStage, you say Home!" The other Patient Advocates immediately followed his lead with a boisterous cheer. His enthusiasm and passion for home dialysis were infectious, and his impact on this community will never be forgotten. For over 16 years, Erich was on his preferred modality - nocturnal home hemodialysis with a NxStage® system. Through his own journey, he became a beacon for so many.
