Even at 1HP the full super plays out hitting the assist

Looks like the standard issue weapon that DHS agents carry are 9mm pistols. Seen armor for sale thatcl can protect up to .44 Mag rounds according to quick google search. Anyone looking to protest, it might not hurt to try and pick one up before hitting the streets.
