This week, Masters student @AnnaNaim4 attended the Advancing Women in Agriculture Conference in Calgary! This was a great opportunity to expand her network and knowledge of entrepreneurship and technology in agriculture.

CCSAW members participated in a "Gallery Walk" to discuss barriers and improvements in animal welfare research. We brainstormed ideas to optimise animal care and welfare, efficiency, and overall animal and human well-being to align with the @uofg goal to "Improve Life"

The Poultry & Equine Tour was a success! 🐓🐴 We got to learn about chicken- and horse-related research happening at the university’s research facility! Thank you all who joined us to make this tour such a fun and successful event!
