@Jameslikesfe @oafc24 Port Vale will do well; and Bristol Rovers, Colchester and Notts County will spend big; but technically I think we’ll compete with them. I suspect Salford will fall off, since teams will recruit over the summer to combat their anti-football style of play next year.

It’s going under the radar a bit but how have we finished higher this season than that 18/19 team did. If Mellon gets a decent budget he will get us up there without a doubt.

#oafc Even if we don’t make many moves in the summer but keep our core team (the priority would be to strengthen the bench and reserves) but have the ability rotate; this is a good enough squad to sneak playoffs (however it’d take a lot for Scott-Morris to move so far from home).

#oafc I’d be very surprised if we managed to secure Mellon, though the language his dad was using when discussing him and Conlon as if they’d both be our players next season did seem promising. Jack Nolan would also be a great signing considering he’ll be leaving Morecambe.
