C Peyton Neeley (Ocoee 2027) was 1 - 5 with a double Saturday at Sanford Stadium for OBA against John Melvin Christian College.

Cody Bowen (Wekiva 2026) went 3 - 4 in OBA’s doubleheader against John Melvin Christian College Saturday at Sanford Stadium. His extra work in small group hitting is beginning to show up in the games.

Emil Flaquer, Ethan DeClue & Connor Rein combined on a 7 inning no hitter against John Melvin Saturday in a 0 - 0 tie. Flaquer worked the first 2 inn, DeClue worked 3 innings in relieve, while striking out 4, & Rein was dominant striking out 5 of the 6 hitters he faced.

The Orlando Baseball Academy is proud to announce that late last night the program had its first 2026 commit. RHP / INF. Jaxon Leonard, from Lake Brantley H.S. made a verbal commitment to play baseball with Lake Sumter State College in the spring of 2027. Good luck Jaxon!

I just wanted to recognize this young man for all he did this summer. He played in 38 games and played every position except centerfield. He is the ultimate program player for any school looking for the right kid for your program.

We are very proud of 2026 RHP Kaden Del Valle who recovered from a minor arm injury at the start of the summer and has received his first college offer this past week.

Another RHP who had an outstanding summer that needs to be seen this fall is Alex Sarmiento (Lake Brantley 2026), Alex won 5 games in 7 starts using pinpoint control and a plus curveball. 5 wins 39 innings pitched 8 earned runs 24 strike outs 9 base on balls 1,44 ERA 1.28 WHIP

2027 RHP Danny Domingues is a must follow going into next summer. Domingues worked between 86-88mph this summer. 16 innings pitched 4/5 save opportunities 1 win 22 strike outs while facing just 67 hitters 1.19 WHIP

2027 C Peyton Neeley (Apopka 2027) is another must see next summer. Much improved behind the plate. .314 batting average 31 hits 19 RBI 5 doubles Catching mostly on the 2026 team

Justin Otis (Lake Brantley 2026) really showed maturity and improvement this summer .348 batting average 7 doubles 1 triple 11 base on balls 8 strike outs And really improved defensively

In coming freshman Cullen Johnson (Apopka 2029) is certainly a young man to follow. Playing most 16U & a handful of 17U games this 14 year old switch hitting infielder .387 batting average 35 hits 6 doubles 4 triples 17 RBI 25 runs 22 base on balls 10 strike outs 14 SB
