Orange County Solid Waste is excited to offer six additional food waste drop-off bins for residents to keep their food waste from going to landfill. These bins can be accessed 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Learn more at orangecountync.gov/foodwaste

Due to severe weather, the Administrative Office, Landfill, and all Waste & Recycling Centers will close at 12:00 PM (noon) on Monday, March 16. Curbside recycling collection services will also end at noon. Please check the Solid Waste website for updates

Bring your confidential documents for FREE, safe shredding and recycling. This service is available to Orange County residents (including Chapel Hill residents in Durham County), small businesses in OC, and OC government employees, including employees of towns within OC.
