EPC data up to end of March 2021 has been uploaded to epc.opendatacommunities.org. The normal quarterly update schedule will apply from now on.

Apologies for the very long wait, though we have finally got there and the 31 December 2019 Energy Performance Certificate update is now available. March 2020 will be updated in May and we should be back to the normal quarterly schedule. epc.opendatacommunities.org

A great write up from @northernjamie of the @opendatamcr #IMD2019 Digging the Data event that we attended. Interesting to see hear all the places were this data is being used to inform on decisions helping those in our communities.

As an FYI the publication date for the report for Energy performance of Building Certificates on gov.uk is 31 October.

On Monday we updated the collection of domestic and non-domestic EPC and DEC data available at epc.opendatacommunities.org to 31 Aug 2019. You have to sign up in order to get access, so please check out the site for the details of the licence and data protection requirements.

Please note that the DEC data is at 31 August though the last lodgement day for that month was 30 August. There is not a missing day !
