@fpopescu @TSLA_inside_ Nobody stole FSD. It was paid for. Using a product you bought isn’t theft. The real issue is disabling paid features without clear transparency.

BREAKING – PART 2 Proof is now surfacing. @SawyerMerritt How much longer do you plan to mislead people by playing with words and managing expectations? If hardware that was called “sufficient” yesterday is “insufficient” today, then the problem is not the technology, but the promises that were made.

NEWS: Elon Musk has confirmed that HW3 can't achieve Unsupervised FSD. "For customers that have bought FSD on HW3, we are offing a discounted trade-in for cars that have AI4, and also offering the ability to upgrade the cars computer and cameras. We're going to have to set up micro factories in major metro areas. I do think over time it will make sense for us to convert all HW3 cars to HW4."

Your Tesla can now automatically install downloaded software updates overnight. When enabled, updates will install while your Tesla is parked and not in use. Great 👍🏻 $TSLA

@TSLA_inside_ Bold claims, zero proof. Classic. If your system is so “safety-critical,” maybe start by being transparent and consistent instead of disabling paid features overnight. This isn’t accountability. This is poor customer handling.

@OD_2023 You used a third-party device to bypass safety systems. You got caught. Now you want a refund? You didn’t lose access randomly. You violated the terms. FSD isn’t a toy. It’s a safety-critical system. You took that risk yourself. Actions have consequences.

NEWS: Tesla has started informing customers (through sales advisors) that there was a mislabeling of "AP45", meaning there is currently no HW4.5. All vehicles delivered today have AI4 (HW4). Tesla will update all labels, etc, to eliminate any confusion moving forward. Everyone can stop freaking out lol.
