@DundeeStars @dundeestarslive Over 100 people have yet no response or fix, yet a back up stream that isn’t being used, it’s representing your team, and not acceptable for the people who have paid money and planned in time to watch the game.....of their is no response people are going to try getting answers

@dundeestarslive Already done, as has everyone else, cant use a different device as you need a password which hasn’t been sent, so many people have paid for this and can’t watch it, problem is your end not ours, can you put it on your back up stream so we can watch it

If anyone is having issues with the webcast we would suggest a refresh/restart of your device, router reset or trying an alternative device.
