@Ariafayeee I think the confusion comes from OF being both content + interaction at the same time. Fans obviously know they’re subscribing to content, but consistency in conversations still matters more than people think.

After watching OF creator/fan interactions for a while, you start noticing patterns. Messages arriving in waves. Different writing styles. Different active hours. Deleted openers replaced by new ones. Fans notice more than people think.

please stop using agency’s for OF. nobody believes you are available 24/7 at the blink of an eye.

Chatters need three things to do their job well: 1. What’s in the vault (full inventory) 2. What this fan already bought (purchase history) 3. What to offer next (smart suggestions) Most agencies give them zero of these.

Friendly reminder for startup founders: Stop overthinking everything. Your job in the beginning is just to launch the thing and learn. Not make it perfect.

The reason chatters cheat isn’t that your CRM is bad. It’s that nobody is auditing the CRM.

Every piece of content has a lifespan measured in months, not days. The “create and forget” mindset is the most expensive habit in the creator economy. Your back catalog is a revenue engine, if you maintain it.
