@OfficeShoes Very disappointed in your Leeds store. I made a purchase months ago and returned it immediately, got given a gift card (in paper form but clearly saying 'gift card') as they couldn't give money refund. I've now been DECLINED the gift card. EXTREMELY poor from you.
