One week since 129k avios were stolen fraudulently from my BA Account and an I am still waiting for action to be taken by BA. Cannot get back into my account until their audit team contact me and I am flying in two weeks! @British_Airways please provide me with an update urgently

Some people are misunderstanding the problem a box was delivered I’m not contesting I received that box. In that box should have been 5 items there was only one! But they are saying because it was delivered and they have “cctv” proof of it being packed I’m lying! @HarveyNichols
