Sent the same DM to 50 people last month. Got 2 replies. Rewrote it to be hyper specific to one person. Sent it to 10 people. Got 6 replies. Specificity beats volume every time. The template is the problem, not the offer.

The best warm DM doesn't pitch anything. It just continues a conversation that already started. You commented on their post. They replied. Now you slide in and reference exactly what they said. No pitch. No offer. Just a real continuation. The sale happens three messages later. After trust.
