Odds are a few ivans have died doing this. For people in the west, this is a extremely stupid idea. If you're going to fuck around with breaking up tnt or a tnt+ mixture the best way to do it is a hot liquid bath (IE big ass pot of boiling water with a electric heater underneath said pot with a external temp to keep things under control) Soak it till it melts, stir every so often, then pour it out.
