260206 - 柳宗源 Weibo "Last year when I did the magazine shoot with #BaiLu, there was a bunch of sword dance styling, when she was wearing it, she was full on handsomeness and I was specially surprised. When we returned to the makeup room, we chatted, she showed me her styling in #UnveilJadewind and I said this is so handsome. Later I saw, let's shoot materials based on Wuxia theme, and to that she readily agreed. Besides the same styling we see from Unveil Jade Wind, the stylist also tailor made for her other special handsome looks. I wanted to use some cinematic techniques from movies to fit in BaiLu's many different poses and expressions and use these to tell a story. Before the shoot, I scouted Huangshan to get the materials ready and truly experience the world of traditional martial arts. Standing amongst the majestic mountains range, I felt I'm looking at the familiar mountains yet different from the ancient people. While she was getting her makeup done, I told it's gonna a tough day for her; riding horses and being suspended on wires. She said to me: "it's okay, I believe in you" During filming, there was one scene where BaiLu was sitting on horseback with her, hurriedly looked behind and then brandishing her sword with her brows drawn together closely - just like from a movie. The sword is drawn, the story continues. 1/4
