So I am building bed occupancy sensors out of a paper sheet sandwiched between two aluminium ones, wrapped in an Amazon envelope. They essentially act as variable capacitors and are measured by the touch sensor on ESP32 (capacitance). All running on ESPHome. It works amazing!

It's unfortunate we had to go through 5 days of being patient and having our Notion space blocked for a trivial issue. Keep up the good work on the product but don't forget the rest (easier said than done).

Finally, day 5, the team fixes the issue and apologize for the delay. @NotionHQ has some serious rethinking to do for how they prioritize key accounts. Not happy about that experience.

That's some sh*t handling time! If it takes 5 days to solve 1 user issue, how are you going to serve the 4 million monthly active users? That last line says everything you need to know about keeping first-response and handling time as low as possible!
