Skip Bayless believes Bronny James wouldn’t be in the NBA if his dad wasn’t LeBron:
“I don’t. Even though he’s had some explosions that surprised me pleasantly in G League games, I still haven’t seen enough from him on the pro level. I’m a big fan of Bronny as a human…. Doesn’t take himself maybe seriously enough. He didn’t get his father’s height… He’s been timid in games and I guess thats where you’re LeBron James Jr…. He hasn’t played with the aggression that I thought he was worthy of playing with”

There's a new legal fight brewing in the Karen Read case: Four witnesses who testified at her trials have filed a lawsuit accusing Read and blogger Aidan Kearney of a "campaign" of false accusations tied to Officer John O’Keefe’s death.

@WCVB@MafiaMasshole It’s about F’n time.
Steve always knew who did it anyway.
We all knew, Steve.
Unlike Ted.
I think Ted was duped and bought the 100 person conspiracy built by a defendant, defense and PR team.
NEW: Four Karen Read trial witnesses are suing Read and blogger Aidan Kearney, alleging a coordinated campaign of false accusations.
They say the defamation led to "relentless" harassment and intimidation.

let’s talk about where this lawsuit got filed…
Not Norfolk County.
Not where the incident happened.
Not where most of the witnesses are.
Barnstable County. Down the Cape. Now maybe that’s just coincidence…
Or maybe it’s because Brian Higgins has a place down there.
Maybe it’s about convenience.
Maybe it’s about connections.
Or maybe just maybe it’s about something a little more strategic such as Keeping it away from a Norfolk jury pool that’s been living and breathing this case for two years.
Because let’s be honest…
A Norfolk County jury
Knows the timeline, Knows the players, Has seen the testimony, the contradictions, the coverage
A Barnstable jury?
A lot less saturation
A lot more “fresh eyes”
And in a defamation case where perception is everything
that matters.
Now to be clear filing there might be completely legal.
There could be a technical reason.
But that doesn’t mean it’s not also strategic.
So the real question is:
Was this about proper venue…
Or picking the right venue?
Because those are two very different things.
Now we know we're all the donation money's going!

Dear X,
From 32:00-34:00--- I'll take things that never happened for $500.00.
I've stalled at 40min. Kerry continues to lie and the chick is clearly a simp for the Mcalbertiggins.
All this alleged harrassment and not a shred of proof.
jessie smollet has more credibility,
Ben
Excellent interview. My heart goes out to these witnesses. I can't wait for the Netflix movie to come out—hopefully, it brings changes to Massachusetts legislation to better protect witnesses.

Kerry dear stop it you’re not that important And you getting on John’s dating app is so weird. You sure are gonna go after John in the after life and say “you should’ve loved me” huh. And his response will be “why did you help cover for the people who hurt me”
Watch Kerry Roberts discuss “The Karen Read Effect” and the growing issue of witness harassment. We have to do better - and we have to protect our witnesses. Really glad @NoteMyObjection took the time to have this important conversation with her.

Movie Law: When the sophisticated villain makes you wait at their lavish estate while they finish a swim, tennis match or martial arts workout, the ensuing conversation will be brief, polite—and deeply threatening.
