Coaches rightfully go on and on about culture. The daily teaching is much stronger than a few banners. Parents work hard to raise strong willed young men and women. The daily work is much stronger than a few banners. The kids as a whole are generally alright, things just change

If kids' attitude and behavior are generally impacted by playing a weekend in a gym with some banners for marketing, the problem isn't the banners. It's the coaches and parents, not instilling the behavior and attitude needed to succeed.
