70-year cancer survivor Keith drops a powerful claim: "Cancer cells have ONLY two fuel sources—glucose and glutamine. Cut them off, and tumors starve."
Glucose: From added sugars, simple carbs (bread, pasta, junk food).
Glutamine: Body makes it + in healthy foods—but disrupt cancer's uptake with green tea, mushrooms, turmeric, moringa, and fermented foods (like sauerkraut).
He's reversed all 5 of his chronic diseases without meds, studying 4,000+ papers on epigenetics (lifestyle controlling gene expression).
Watch this eye-opening 1:11 clip.
Starving cancer metabolically: Promising science or oversimplification? Tried these foods for health? Thoughts below—let's discuss respectfully.

Imagine carrying the silent burden of anxiety that strikes out of nowhere—or high blood pressure your doctor calls "familial" and hands you pills for life. You've accepted it as bad luck in the genetic lottery.
Then Gary Brecka steps in on Megyn Kelly's show and completely rewires the story: We are not designed to inherit diseases. Evolution made sure of that.
What families actually pass down are subtle methylation glitches—tiny "refinery" breakdowns that prevent the body from turning common nutrients into forms it can use.
The biggest offender? The MTHFR mutation, quietly affecting ~46% of people. It blocks the conversion of synthetic folic acid (the lab-created version sprayed on nearly every fortified cereal, bread, pasta, and rice) into active methyl folate.
The fallout is devastating yet fixable:
- Unusable folic acid piles up while methyl folate runs dry
- Gut motility grinds to a halt → chronic bloating, IBS, irregularity
- Serotonin production crashes → that random, triggerless anxiety no medication ever truly touches
Brecka’s message is pure hope: Give the body the usable nutrient it’s missing, and these "lifelong" conditions can dramatically improve—or even resolve. No more zombie side effects, no more feeling doomed by DNA.
This perspective doesn’t just explain why anxiety and gut issues are inseparable twins. It exposes how modern food fortification accidentally turned a common genetic variation into a widespread health crisis.
If you’ve ever felt trapped by a family health pattern that medicine only managed, not fixed—this could be the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.
Watch Gary Brecka lay it out with stunning clarity in the attached 5:53 clip. It’s one of those rare conversations that leaves you thinking, “Why isn’t everyone talking about this?”
If this hits home, please share it with someone you care about who’s struggling—they might thank you forever.

@maLc_daddy @lonelycatlover2 @rgfray1 As frustrating as it was to watch Sage and Kristina turn on Steven, after thinking about it it did kind of make sense since they're at the very end when alliances turn on each other. But the counter would be keeping Steven as a shield for next tribal would have made more sense.
English

@lonelycatlover2 @rgfray1 Tbf, turning on Steven helps Sage's resume a bit. If she can win an immunity or two, she could still win
English

Sophi has nothing on her survivor resume this season. Taking Rizo’s idol would have been the biggest move of the season.
What a fumble

@maLc_daddy @john_dorego @AprylleReigns @rgfray1 Thanks for pointing that out. I was rooting for Steven but I also didn't understand why Soph wasn't able to steal his advantage. I wonder why they had him play it before tribal?
English

@john_dorego @AprylleReigns @rgfray1 He had to play it before they went for to tribal. So technically he didn't have it at tribal. Wild twist, but that's the game!

The black population has decreased by almost half since the 1800s but for some reason these people aren’t complaining about that.

I remember watching this live. Everything he said has come to pass and our so-called political and cultural "leadership" refuse to tell y'all this.

Even if The Boondocks came back, the creator, Aaron, would likely be cancelled for his view of African American culture needing some 'tough love'

@Rafi_Malkhsian @NationMffl @NBAonPrime Yep. Luka was highly underrated for how good he was for centers. Lively is still going to have a decent career. But its not going to be anything what it was if he was able to continue to play w/ Luka.
English

@NationMffl @NBAonPrime Same players were playing 2x better around fat Luka

“I feel bad for my Mavs fans…. They can't shoot, they can't make plays... Nobody can make shots. It's been tough to watch.”
