@cooper_m Well, I had a similar situation and got told I could only order an item online, but could get it for collection in store. So I literally ordered it while I stood in the shop, for collection in an hour. And as I was already in the store the kind staff went and got it straight away

Just went to two electrical retailers in Carrickmines to buy gift. Both stores told me the type of item is available only online. Why? What’s the point of “big box” retail units if there isn’t a full range of stock available? Money lost by both shops. Will now buy different gift.

@tomdoorley We have a new grading system for restaurants we visit: the Cutlery score. Am always amazed at the way top restaurants with glorious food fail badly on the small but essential details like, for instance, cheap rubbishy cutlery.
