The Easter Bunny made a surprise visit to OLS today!

Honors English students from Stepinac came to OLS to read to students in grades K-4. We even had a brother, sister combination.

OLS students attended Mass to celebrate what would have been the 12th birthday of fellow classmate Myra. Afterwards they posed for this picture with Myra’s family.

Budding artist, OLS Eighth Grader Dylan, was the winner of the Ginsburg Development Co. art contest. His Thanksgiving card design reminds us to “ Always give thanks” Congratulations, Dylan!

Some of the eighth grade boys of OLS volunteered three service hours each at Burke Rehabilitation Hospital.

The Kindergarten class at OLS visited a local nursery to get their Halloween pumpkins.

OLS fifth grade champion basketball team rode a float in the St. Patrick’s Day Parade.

The Fifth Grade students of OLS, coached by Mrs. Liz Oliveri, won their championship game yesterday against our Lady of Loretto.

Students enjoying penny bingo with their peer buddies on the last day of school before winter break. All of the pennies will be given to charity.

Mrs. Baker retires after 40 years of teaching at OLS. There was a great student send off after our Thanksgiving Mass. Fittingly, a former student of Mrs. Baker’s, Mrs. Jimison, will take over for her.
