I reviewed a paper with my daughter’s 4th grade last year and thoroughly enjoyed their seriousness, curiosity, and illuminating questions (e.g. “What does it mean to ‘code’ a video?”, “What is the Tree of Life?”). I can highly recommend it!

Then this new paper is very helpful, showing that MTurk data quality has considerably decreased from 2014-2018 and that better/other quality checks are needed to obtain reliable and valid samples
