As a man, try your best not to raise your children in this kind of house. I remember back then, in our compound, if any family cooked rice at night, we used to see them as rich people. Even the people cooking it would carry a different kind of confidence, they knew they stood out. That kind of environment does something to your mind without you realizing it. When basic things like rice become a “big deal,” it limits how you see life. It makes you normalize struggle and reduces your exposure to better standards of living. That’s why I don’t like face me I face you houses. I’m not saying everyone there won’t succeed, but if you have the means, try to give your children a better environment. I don’t fully agree with that. Social media can be a powerful tool to reach people, especially younger voters, and build awareness. Peter Obi is a good example, he had massive online support and a strong digital presence, and he actually won the popular vote in the last election, even though the results were rigged and he had to take the matter to court. That election clearly proves that social media influence matters and can shape real outcomes.
