@craigperko The long pauses will be because the mesh operations aren't threaded / timesliced at all. And sometimes it stack overflows.

@craigperko I kind of stopped working on it since it seems the underlying method generates too many polys without extra mesh simplification

@craigperko I think that is normal. I never really got it working well (it was a fairly naive port of a port).

Tip I learned recently: it *is* possible to create a file starting with a dot using Explorer on Windows. Just put a second dot at the end
