SSG: Zonal Start 6v6 + joker (target) on ¾ pitch. Central box for all (re)starts. Outletting team build through the box → connect to joker → immediate transition to defend. Pressing team works zonally from the box with triggers to engage once wide.

Overload: 2v1 → 4v2 Wave Continuous attacking loop: 2v1 → 4v2 → repeat. Restarts rotate centre → left → right, each with different heights, angles and available width. Focus: execute the 2v1, fix the defender, recognise carry vs pass, connect together as numbers build.

Pass & Receive: Check Your Shoulder Two intersecting triangles, both groups moving the ball at the same time. Shared central space = congestion + constant adjustment. Focus: shoulder checks, scanning early, eyes up when carrying/passing, half-turn receives, clear comms.

SUP: Connect the Overload Pitch split into thirds with a waiting defender in each. Attackers link 2v1s through the thirds to build a 5v3 before going to goal. If defenders win it before halfway, they counter immediately. Run side-by-side pitches in a timed game — most goals wins.
