Cervical cancer affects the cervix and is mainly caused by HPV. It may have no early symptoms, so screening is key. Get a Pap smear every 3 years from age 21 (every 3–5 years from 30). HPV vaccination for girls 9–14 and women up to 26 saves lives. Prevention is possible. 💜

On 1st, we joined the Kisii County World AIDS Day walk. The event began at KTRH, where the Chief Officer for Health, Khalinder, officially flagged off participants before they proceeded along the route. We were represented by Margaret Bosibori, a psycho oncologist

We join the global community in advocating for awareness, education, and support for men affected by prostate cancer. We encourage men above 40 years, or those with a family history of prostate cancer, to seek regular screening and embrace open conversations about their health.

Let’s raise awareness, promote early detection & support those affected. Avoid smoking, reduce air pollution, & seek care for persistent cough or breathlessness. Early detection saves lives. 💙
