OOSO's aims #8: Raise awareness among GPs and the public of the symptoms of Oesophageal and Stomach cancer.

OOSO's aims #7: Fund raise to provide additional equipment that could help the recovery of patients both in hospital and at home.

OOSO's aims #6: Fund raise to support additional programmes that the hospital team at Oxford's Churchill Hospital wish to embark on.

OOSO's aims #5: Help both patients and carers adjust to their new lifestyle upon leaving hospital.

OOSO's aims #4: Man a help line seven days a week, for patients and carers to get help or just to talk to someone that's been in their shoes

OOSO's aims #3: Visit both patients and carers on the wards or at home, either pre- or post-operatively, if requested.

OOSO's aims #2: Ensure patients and their carers have contact with former patients, in hospital and out of hospital.

Our confidential telephone support line, staffed by past patients is open every day, 8am-10pm.

As well as raising awareness and providing support, donations help to provide items such as fitness equipment for patients on the wards.
