We have had two fantastic sessions of year 5 parent and child cooking workshops. Great feedback from both parents and children. Amazing skills shown and delicious tomato sauce/pasta dish made.

All the children (Yr 1-6) at Newstead Green really enjoyed the STEM week. We did the 'Egg Drop Challenge'! The children loved taking part and could talk about their learning. Most of the egg protectors did their job (not a lot of broken eggs!). @OPA_Newstead

We have kicked off #RedNoseDay with our celebration assembly! How amazing do we all look in our back to the 80s outfits! Celebrating 40 years of Red Nose Day

What an amazing 'Careers Event Day' we had at Newstead Green. The hall was full of visitors from a wide range of jobs to talk to our children about their careers (from a footballer to police officer and more). The children were inspired and got them thinking about their future!
