2 years ago I was 403lbs. 1 year ago I was 355lbs. Today I am 281lbs. My initial goal weight of 275lbs is literally in arms length right now. To anyone who thinks they can’t do it or don’t have it in them, start small, get up and move a little bit more, cut out some of the absolute JUNK you consume daily, it’s so much more worth it to try and live a healthier life…
