3 ways to calculate leave If you’ve worked 1,365 hours in leave year, you are entitled to 4 working weeks paid annual leave Calculate 1/3 of working week for each calendar month you worked at least 117 hours Calculate 8% of hours you worked in leave year to max of 4 working weeks
