@catalinmpit CI tests were turned off months ago and that's why all the PRs have been green since then.

@HeyDietrich @_devJNS I suppose it matters if we are talking about just the code, or full value delivery to real customers. If it's the latter, you are 💯 correct. No project survives first contact with customers without lots of lessons learned, and on the contact starts, ideally there is no end.

I don’t find this to be true. Beginning and end are the highest lesson phases. Beginning is bringing cohesion to chaos and acquiring skills. Middle is generally just walking out the plan. End is when the plan comes up against the real world and gets shaken up and you have to adapt, refine, and develop the resourcefulness and grit to deliver something effective.

I don't know how I'd do AI coding without multi-phase plans. Plan mode has become an indispensable part of my workflow.

@mattpocockuk Same goes for guidance to agentic crawlers with robots.txt... this is also called extending a widely adopted standard instead of making a new one....

I’m thrilled to announce that I’ve joined @Microsoft as VP of CoreAI and SVP of @GitHub. I’ll be focused on building the best possible developer experience across @GitHub, @Code, Copilot, and @Azure Foundry together with the community. I’m honored to work on such a legendary product and am excited for this next chapter
