all three teams built through the draft and Pilver wants to take that away because of gambling addicts and barstool chuds who dont even like basketball complaining about it
Sources: Scott Barnes is initiating the process of his retirement as the athletic director at Oregon State. He’ll stay in the athletic director role in the upcoming months to help transition his successor. He's been the athletic director there since December of 2016.
@beavs_report I’m not even directing this at you, but we as a fanbase have to stop moping around about what’s happened and keep lamenting over it. I get it, it sucks bad. It may never get back to exactly like this. But can we at least try and move forward and build this into something again?
@T876987Tt87@hcolombi_3@CoyoteRaider There was no two minute timeout back then but the point still stands it’s absurd when it’s 2nd and 4 at the 19 and you have three timeouts still.
@hcolombi_3@CoyoteRaider And what was the explanation? With all 3 timeouts and 50 seconds away from the 2min warning, it surely wasn’t a good explanation
@CoyoteRaider Wow, this is one of the dumbest things ever. How can you even argue you’re saving time? With 3 timeouts it doesn’t matter. The clock was running here and they used the entire 40 seconds. Could have thrown two incompletions and then kick it in half that time anyways. Crazy
In a letter to fans, Oregon State athletic director Scott Barnes said the athletic department will make a “major fundraising announcement” soon. #GoBeavs
@RyanTClarke Being a Beaver football fan is not for the weak. You could argue that no FBS program has had it worse than us the last 3 years. Everything since the Washington loss has been a straight descent into the darkest abyss. I got faith in Shep, but things are quite bleak
@BudElliott3 I’m in the camp of enjoying the idea that G5 teams get an opportunity, while also acknowledging it’s a charade and completely pointless. Everyone always acts like you have to be on one side or the other, like it’s super black and white.
@GeauxDuck Doesn’t sound like he’s complaining about it for his team, just saying the calendar in general is messed up.
You guys blamed the calendar and the committee for a bad draw instead of just admitting you got your ass kicked.
Not on anyone’s side btw, don’t like either team lol
@Brett_McMurphy It seems likely, but everyone is talking like this is a certainty and I am not so sure. I’m with @BudElliott3, I’ll believe it when I see it. This is a TV product after all.

So that means Miami "could" jump Notre Dame in the final rankings. Find out Sunday!
