Revenue distribution: Synthetix staking-rewards pattern.
CEO calls distribute(amount). USDC allocated pro-rata in O(1) gas. No loops. Each shareholder claims when ready.
Dissolution: vote → execute → redeem yield → finalize → shareholders claim their share. Orderly.
