She joined the Ridgebacks in 2020 as head coach of the women's soccer team. In 2023, she took on the Associate Director of High-Performance Sport role, which deepened the Ridgebacks' commitment to high-performance sports and developed student-athletes into leaders

Audra Sherman is stepping into a new role as Interim Director of Athletics and Recreation for the Ontario Tech Ridgebacks.

In his decade at the helm of the Ridgebacks, Scott was a fierce champion for student-athletes and has overseen several historic moments on campus. Thank you for everything, Scott!

Scott has been with the university in various roles since its inception in 2002 and has been one of the key figures in shaping the student-athlete experience on campus.

After a decade as the Director of Athletics and Recreation for Ontario Tech University, Scott Barker is stepping aside to pursue new professional opportunities.
