Thank you Wade Beavers! He met with students from Small Business Entrepreneurship and Personal Law today at OHS. He spoke about his past experience at DoApp (Rochester, MN) and some of his current business endeavors. He gave specific examples how AI (Claude/Anthropic) can be utilized in your personal and professional life as an entrepreneur. Some game changing ideas! Students had some awesome questions and even stayed after for some additional insight on starting their own business. The Q & A was awesome! Thank you Wade! @ohsoffice

Awesome having Tanya Henson in our class today talking about her entrepreneurial experience starting The Hat Chic! And, very cool to see her new ideas with her new startup. Becoming successful running a small business takes so much time and energy + creativity. You can see why she’s had so much success! Students were very engaged and interested! Day 1’s are always awesome - especially under blue skies. Started the day with a team lift followed by conditioning and getting the arms in shape. Great to see everyone out playing some ball! Ready for Day 2!

Mark Arjes with Youth 1st sharing his experience and story with our Small Business class today. Youth 1st has helped countless number of athletes, parents and officials through the years. One of the common themes that hits every week is to chase your passions and interests. Hoping some of our students have been taking this in the past six weeks. Awesome job today Mark! @Youth1stMN

Few more of our drills tonight. Worked the inside part of the plate tonight with follow up T work away. Two great reps here. Short toss up the middle w some targets hung up. Players were dialed in tonight. Hit it through the rings for some baseball cards. We ran out after the first two sessions! Awesome night at the Aux.

Put a Gatorade on the line and they do pretty well. Coach Williams was all over it tonight. Some great looking bunts along w a near perfect setup. Well done!

Morning throwing group had to take advantage of this afternoon. Had to get this out or they may not believe us down the road . . . February 16, 2026. Big thanks to our high school player/coaches helping out today at 3 pm. Played some catch, ground balls and some pop flies - out in 45 minutes.

Down watching Mitch play in Fort Dodge (Iowa Central) today. Can’t say that I’ve seen many days like this in mid February. Two big arms throwing for both teams. Awesome park - awesome day!
