UPDATE: Government has today proclaimed the next phase of #AARTO, less than 2 days before it is due to take effect. Our initial review has already raised serious concerns, including the absence of supporting regulations. This raises important legal and practical questions about how the system is expected to operate from 1 July. OUTA’s legal team is studying today’s proclamations in detail.
