You do need an arrest warrant before you arrest someone. It’s in the constitution. I’m a conservative constitutionalist who voted for Trump three times and wears a red hat. You’ve got to listen to me. I am not anti-Trump deranged. Be careful that you aren’t deranged against me. If Obama or Biden was doing this, there would be a Civil War right now. This instant. It would’ve already happened. Trump fired Greg Bovino. Trump also fired Kristi Noam. Both Greg Bovino and Kristi Noam led ICE in an extremely unconstitutional and unprofessional manner and so they were both sent away. What has been done by ICE has smeared Trump‘s reputation and it is unconstitutional. It has caused a lot of trouble for Trump, and for America. It has hurt the constitution. It has endangered conservatives, it has endangered all Americans. It took America in the wrong direction, away from the constitution. As a result, Bovino and Noam are not in charge now. Proof of wrongdoing. You can’t dress up in civilian clothes and expect to be treated like Police. What if Antfa dressed up ICE? Then what would happen? I CE is just dressing in hoodies and sometimes a tactical vest with a balaclava. Anybody can LARP as ICU without too much effort because IC is not dressing in a professional Police manner according to 200 years of American law enforcement tradition. American law-enforcement have never covered their faces like a soviet gestapo. The Supreme Court has ruled about these types of misbehaviors by those acting as law-enforcement. There’s no paper trail to verify that those being arrested are all even alive right now. There’s no constitutional due process, and yes, the constitution commands due process for all criminals in relation to all crimes in the United States. It always has and it always will. Everything that you do to illegal immigrants is something that Democrats can and will do to you next time they get power. By allowing ICE to misbehave and break the law, becoming felons by the way, you are enabling Democrats to use rogue police power against conservatives next time. What if it were FEMA under Obama or Biden? Scary thought. You have to be in a professional dress code as a uniformed officer. This is not limited undercover work here and there as part of a case. This is mass scale behavior, where an entire agency is choosing not to dress as Police. It is disrupting America. You need to display your badge and your name tag and your face, so we know that you’re not an imposter to the name tag and the badge. You need to follow the constitution as well as 200 years of policing tradition. There are laws and rules that law-enforcement officers have to follow. American police have always had to follow rules. In America you cannot screech to a halt beside the sidewalk in a beat up and dented Ford Fiesta, wearing ski masks and hoodies, claim to be Police, kidnap someone, and drive off. What makes you distinguishable from a street gang in that attire, and with that behavior and transport? People are being #DISAPPEARED without a paper trail or proof of life, and without due process. It’s reminiscent of the USSR, Adolf Hitler’s Nazi Germany, the east German Stasi, modern day, China, ERITREA, and North Korea. In that situation, HOW can we discern you as being any different from the Italian mafia, members of Antifa or BLM, Hezbolah terrorists, members of the IRGC, a violent extremist in tactical gear impersonating law-enforcement officers, crazy teenagers with guns, or a prank? These so-called officers literally look like drug dealers wearing hoodies. If you don’t have an arrest warrant, then in America, you don’t have a case to arrest someone unless that person is committing an obvious crime in plain view. For people to stand up to your unconstitutional behavior is not a crime. Warrant. People should stop cops who try to bust in the door without a search warrant or arrest warrant of some kind. @cabsav456 No, the message being sent is that corrupt ngos are done. Some may have started off with good intentions, but too many seem to be laundering money.

The message being sent right now by not checking executive power or conducting basic oversight on a multitude of issues is that Republicans cannot be trusted to have the majority in both chambers. That is not a winning message going into the midterms.

Trump is unilaterally redirecting $1.25 billion in taxpayer money for foreign aid to his personally controlled "Board of Peace." This isn't even a normal U.S. government entity. It's a "public international organization" he created by executive order, naming himself as chairman for life. He gets veto power, picks the members, sets the agenda, & controls how the money flows, with no real oversight or auditing built in. Congress is supposed to control spending & appropriations. They're the ones who can (and should) stop this. If Republicans won't even ask questions about funneling billions of taxpayer dollars into a "board" Trump himself owns for life, I'm seriously done voting for them for a while. It's beyond ridiculous at this point.
