50 countries are meeting in #SantaMarta to think together how to transition away from fossil fuels. My @Oxfam colleagues are there. These ad hoc spaces open conversations in this challenging context to advance progressive agendas and we must not let these opportunities fail. However, Let’s drop the polite language. We are not “struggling” to fund the energy transition— we are choosing to protect fossil fuel profits. New Oxfam analysis makes that painfully clear.
