Our 𝐁𝐋𝐀𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐍𝐄𝐃 𝐁𝐄𝐄𝐅 𝐑𝐈𝐁 is seared and marinated for 24 hours in a cabernet brine, then braised for 5 hours low & slow. This new Shareable has a green peppercorn crust and is served with heirloom radish & castelvetrano olives. A hearty, sticky piece of meat!
