On OPC site, a loving commemoration of Wilson Riles who had a debilitating stroke as his first term came to an end this year and passed last week. In one of the most shameful and inexplicable things I have seen in local media, no official news obituaries.

Auditor Houston came back to the fact that re-presenting enabling ordinance that was pulled in 2023 would satisfy rec on conflicts between Charter and City Code. Grillo noted that's ultimately a "political" decision. It in fact has been since the moment Council heard the audit.
