I remember replying under a post one time and later seeing over 100 people interested in learning Web3. I moved them to a Telegram channel I had already created just to save useful Web3 resources I come across. We started the class there, and that was when something clicked in my head. Why can’t there be an easy platform where all of this happens in one place, without forcing people to download Telegram or use apps they are not used to? That was when I came up with the plan to build oakdao(dot)pro. Not just the idea alone, but a proper learning environment that actually feels premium for learners. Because if we are being honest, sometimes you miss a few days and come back to see 3 PDFs, 5 long videos, and everything suddenly feels strange. Many people just give up at that point. I’m sure a lot of people have faced this. That’s why today I started the journey to change that and build a better platform for you ❤️ The idea goes from oakdro(dot)pro to Bridge3academy(dot)com because it aligns well with our mission! Today is my last day at Stacks Labs. After more than 3 years working in @Stacks at Trust Machines (Leather + Granite) and Stacks Labs, I found out this morning that my position, along with 14 others, is being impacted. Here's what's not changing: 1. My connection with all the community members that I have crossed paths with. I've made so many friends in the Bitcoin, Ordinals, and Stacks communities over the years. People say it all the time, but the community in Stacks is absolute top tier. Everyone is mission-driven and truly aligns with Bitcoin's principles. I hope they never lose that and never stop advocating for what's right. It's been a privilege to represent the Stacks community in my role. 2. My focus on Bitcoin. In my 5+ years working in crypto, every position I've held has been a stepping stone toward a role that aligns closer with Bitcoin's fundamentals. I'm looking forward to continuing that trajectory in my next role. If you have a connection, my DMs are open. 3. Good For Bitcoin will continue. I'm excited to continue co-hosting the show alongside Kate. GFB has been a fantastic way for the both of us to keep a pulse on what's going on in the industry. Tomorrow's show will be a good one.
