You don’t HAVE to hit rock bottom to find success in life, but most of us are too stubborn to change without making a pit stop at the bottom first.
Just know, if you’re at the bottom, it’s not your destiny unless you quit. As long as you’re fighting, it will only be temporary.
I turned 48 this year. At 38 I was broke, homeless and divorced. Now I make more in a month than I used to make in a year, I’ve launched another new company and trading allows me to work from any where, anytime I want.
Trading isn’t for everyone. It’s only for those that are willing to face their weaknesses and accept that you can change them and that you are not the sum of your mistakes. You are what you have overcome,
I’ve made plenty of mistakes in life and been far too stubborn in my insecurities. I wish I could go back to younger me and punch that guy in the throat, but, instead I accept my failures without shame, but rather, with the confidence that I am authentically not that man anymore and that I am walking in God’s purpose.
If you’re ever struggling, especially with depression/anxiety, my DM’s are always open. Just also know this: depression and anxiety are ultimately a choice. One that you can change, with some help.

Friend of mine started “Reta” and it’s honestly wild.
He says he barely eats ~1000 calories a day because he’s just not hungry. Still lifts 5x a week.
In ~2 months:
21% → 10% body fat
Down 30 total lbs
Lost only ~1 lb of muscle on the InBody scan.
This isn’t an ad I am genuinely curious.
He’s basically the same guy… just way leaner and way more confident.
But what are the long-term side effects of nuking your appetite like this? Anyone seen issues?
