@venuswhxre By the NGL logic, US taxes fund that nation as well, so even the US servers should be boycotted. I think they will remove the server due to it being a point of contention. Losing the support for a project that is supposed to uplift the PVP community isn't worth one server.

Sure, after we handle the situation at hand, he should go through and check that everything is being run as ethically as possible with the least harm done. I do not disagree with this, but it is a different point, not a counterargument

@heartsdream_ I think people misunderstand how networking functions. Internet traffic runs through servers all over the world. Dream made himself the "face" of a project that has a team and folks think he is making all the decisions when his point of entry is as a developer.

I really hope he removes that server and it was added without his permission I just can't believe this was allowed I love dream with all my heart but this is not okay

@apokuna_ 2/2 The surrounding areas have people driven from them, because that nation keeps them unstable, giving it a monopoly on regional options. The system is still in alpha and players have a choice to not use that server and voice concerns. Its one server they can afford to ditch.

@apokuna_ 1/2 I do understand the need to have servers everywhere to support the network and that location needs an access point. The whole team apparently thought having it in the network was okay. The choice is practical and not political. HOWEVER...

I just feel like the way you cropped out the rest of the positive/important things Dream was mentioning is kinda intentional/setting him up.. Obviously, no shade or disrespect but it’s hard to tell if you’re shading him or what when you say these things bc you know it’s gonna set him up. No hard feelings or meant to cause issues just curious!
